PURE HONEY RICE PUDDING

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup pure honey
  • 4 eggs, 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. ginger
Mix rice, milk and pure honey. Add eggs, stir in raisins. Put into a greased baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. Bake at 300° F for 1 hr. Serve with whipped cream. Sinfully delicious.
