PURE HONEY RAISIN SAUCE

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbs. lemon juice
  • 1 cup pure honey
  • 2 tbs. butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped raisins
  • 1 tbs. cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup water
In a small saucepan combine orange juice, lemon juice, honey, butter and raisins. Bring to a boil. Combine cornstarch and water and add to sauce. Simmer a few minutes until thickened.
