PURE HONEY PUMPKIN PIE

5 eggs beaten 2 cups pumpkin 1 cup pure honey 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp ginger 2 cups light cream 1 tsp nutmeg Mix ingredients as listed. Pour into a 10" unbaked pastry shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350° F for 1 hour or until tookpick inserted in middle comes out not sticky.
