PURE HONEY FESTIVE PORK CHOPS

  • 4 Pork chops 1" thick
  • 1/2 cup cooking wine
  • 1 cup pure honey
  • 1 cup frozen cranberries
Brown pork chops in a frying pan. Add the pure honey and wine. Cover and cook for 1 hr. Add the cranberries the last 15 min.
