- 6 cups bread cubes
- 1 cup pure honey
- 4 tbs. butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 6 eggs
- 3 tsp. vanilla
- 3 cup hot milk
Place bread cubes in large baking dish. Combine pure honey, butter, salt, eggs and vanilla. Slowly add milk stirring constantly. Pour mixture over bread, set baking dish in pan of hot water and bake at 350° for 30 min. or until pudding is set.
